How we research, test, and review our content.

Everything published on the Tmail.pk blog exists to help people use disposable email well — not to sell hype. This page explains who writes it and the process behind every guide and comparison.

Our four core principles

Hands-on testing

Comparisons and how-to guides are written after we actually use the tools involved — generating addresses, running real signups, and receiving verification codes on the services we describe. We report what we observed in our own testing, not marketing copy.

Sourced or de-quantified claims

Factual and comparative statements — competitor behaviour, retention windows, breach statistics — either link to a primary source readers can verify, or are written qualitatively rather than with numbers we cannot stand behind.

One accountable byline

Every article is published under the Tmail.pk Editorial Team byline. We do not invent author personas or fabricate credentials. The team is the small group at Qamify that builds and maintains Tmail.pk.

Corrections welcome

If something is inaccurate or a competitor's behaviour has changed, we update the article. Tell us and we will fix it — accuracy matters more to us than being right on the first draft.

Who the editorial team is

The Tmail.pk Editorial Team is the small group at Qamify that builds, operates, and supports Tmail.pk. Because we run the service ourselves, we test disposable-email workflows every day as part of the job — QA on signups, password-reset flows, and deliverability checks. That day-to-day experience is what the guides and comparisons draw on.

We do not commission external writers, use AI to fabricate test results, or publish content we have not personally verified. The byline is accurate: the people who built this service are the ones writing about it.

How we test comparisons

For a head-to-head comparison we use each service side by side across the same real tasks — generating an address, running a batch of signups (newsletters, password resets, marketplace verifications), and noting how each one handles delivery, retention, mobile layout, and privacy.

Where a claim is about a competitor's behaviour or a broader statistic, we link to a primary source in a “Sources & references” section at the foot of the article so you can check it yourself. If we cannot find a credible source, we write qualitatively rather than stating a number.

How we avoid thin or repetitive content

A page must answer a distinct reader need, contain original explanation or hands-on observations, and add more than a rewritten keyword variation. If two proposed guides would substantially repeat each other, we improve the stronger page and redirect or remove the weaker one.

Security and comparison articles are not eligible for advertising unless they meet our minimum depth checks and include visible sources for external factual claims. Publication dates reflect when an article first appeared; an updated date is added only after a substantive editorial review.

What we will not do

To be explicit about the product itself: Tmail.pk is browser-based and receive-only, with no public API. If advertising is ever used to support the service, it is limited to clearly labelled public informational pages—not inboxes, message readers, sign-in flows, or account areas. If an article contradicts our product or privacy policies, the article is wrong and we will correct it. Specific commitments:

  • Fabricate author names, personas, or credentials that do not exist
  • Quote statistics we cannot source to a primary reference
  • Overstate what Tmail.pk is or what it can do
  • Claim the service sends email (it is receive-only)
  • Describe a public API that does not yet exist
  • Promise inbox persistence beyond what the retention policy states
  • Recommend competitor services for tasks Tmail.pk genuinely cannot perform, while hiding that limit
  • Publish near-duplicate pages solely to target keyword variations
  • Present generated or unverified claims as hands-on research
