Terms of Service

By accessing and using Tmail.pk (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service.

The Service provides temporary, receive-only email addresses for testing, development, and privacy purposes. It is browser-based and does not currently offer a public API.

Tmail.pk is a free, receive-only disposable email service. This means:

• The Service can receive email from senders that accept the selected address and successfully deliver it; temporary-address acceptance and delivery timing vary.
• You cannot send or reply to email from a Tmail.pk address.
• The Service cannot receive SMS messages or SMS verification codes.
• Inboxes display the 100 most recent messages.
• Attachments up to approximately 2 MB are received and displayed.
• There is no public API for programmatic mailbox creation or polling today.
• Guest inboxes are removed after 30 days of no login and no received mail.
• Registered account inboxes are kept permanently.

Permission is granted to use the Service for legitimate privacy and testing purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities, harassment, fraud, or impersonation.
• Send, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, or spam.
• Systematically abuse another service's free tier at scale.
• Evade another service's identity checks, account limits, domain blocks, bans, or moderation decisions.
• Automate registrations or create deceptive accounts in violation of another service's rules.
• Generate artificial visits, impressions, clicks, or other interaction with advertising.
• Encourage anyone to click advertising to support Tmail.pk or reward ad interaction.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the Service's source code.
• Mirror, resell, or commercially redistribute the Service without permission.

We may block addresses or clients that violate these rules and cooperate with valid abuse reports and legal requests.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including — but not limited to — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Tmail.pk does not guarantee uninterrupted service, email delivery, or message persistence. The Service relies on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare) whose availability and policies are outside our direct control.

In no event shall Tmail.pk or its operators be liable for any damages — including loss of data, business interruption, or failure to deliver email — arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Because Tmail.pk is a free disposable-email service, do not use it to receive anything you cannot afford to lose: sensitive documents, high-value account recovery codes, or confidential communications belong in a permanent, private mailbox under your full control.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistan's applicable jurisdiction.
